Business Development Support Services
We support Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in the development of their feasibility studies, business plans, advising on financial and management structures, developing policies and procedures, succession planning, growth strategies etc. These services are targeted at entrepreneurs facing challenges of start-up, expansion or re-engineering for sustainability. We organize training for micro businesses to help them identify areas of businesses they want to start. We also train retirees on entrepreneurship and business skills development and support them to grow their business ideas to maturity.
Mentoring & Coaching
We provide mentoring and coaching support to entrepreneurs, leaders and managers of organisations in their difficult task of leadership and management. Employment and Outsourcing Agency
We undertake recruitment of personnel and consultants for Companies, Development Projects and International Agencies within and outside Nigeria. We maintain a database of potentially qualified persons from which we match skills to jobs of clients. We also undertake job analysis, job description development, competency assessments and skill development for clients, including organizing recruitment interviews and selection of personnel.
